Villa del Rey is a striking oceanfront vacation retreat located on 170 feet of pristine sandy beach in the tranquil Mexican Village of Lo de Marcos, Nayarit.

True hacienda style is present throughout this charming established property which offers accommodations for up to 20 people.

The main house has an enormous living room that offers plenty of space for up to 12 people with a chefs kitchen, big dining area, bar and his and her bathrooms on the first floor. The grand stairway leading to the second floor host 5 bedrooms, each bedroom has it's own private bathroom and shower, with 3 of the bedrooms having queen size beds and the last 2 bedrooms having a double and a single in each room. Additionally there are private terraces for 3 of the bedrooms and a large terrace on the second floor to accommodate all guest in the main house for relaxing, reading or viewing the beautiful sunsets.

Villa del Rey also offers a one bedroom suite on the first floor that can sleep 2 people. Above this suite on the second floor there is a large studio that will sleep 2 people and next door to that is a smaller studio that will sleep 2 people. These suites are attached to the main house but have a separate entrance, privacy and oceanfront views. In a separate building on the ground floor is another large studio for 2 people also offering oceanfront views. All units have fully equipped kitchens with queen size beds.

This is the last property on the north end of the beach with unspoiled stunning views of the ocean, estuary and surrounding mountains. Enjoy the peacefulness of the estuary, listening and watching the birds in a true bird waters paradise. To the south end of the wide mile long beach you can swim, snorkel and boogie board in a protective cove or you can walk out along the rocks and see the tide pools that thrive with small fish and marine life. The choice is yours, you may want to simply lay back, read a book and work on your tan and be totally off the clock on a pristine tranquil sandy beach or venture around this quaint little town.

with a confirmation letter and directions to the property.  Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Refund available with a 90 day notice before arrival less 10% administration fee. 
Less than 90 day notice before arrival, refund is available only upon rebooking
of reserved dates less 10% administration fee.
